From the beginning, Kanata Plaza has been rooted in a simple belief: when local businesses succeed, the entire community benefits. At the heart of our community efforts is the Steve P. Montour Collective.

Created in honour and memory of Steve P. Montour, the Collective carries forward the values he embodied: generosity, leadership, strength, and an unwavering dedication to others.

More than a tribute, the Collective is a living continuation of Steve’s spirit. His legacy inspires us to lead with heart, act with intention, and invest in the well-being of our community.

Through the Steve P. Montour Collective, we are committed to:

  • Supporting local families and individuals in need,

  • Promoting Physical activity, teamwork and personal development among young athletes,

  • Offering tailored support and resources for those with disabilities,

  • Participating in inclusive programs such as our back-to-school support, directed donations and community partnerships, and

  • Providing assistance where it is needed most.
